1 Definitions and Scope of Agreement

In this document, "mrat88", "we" or "platform" refers to the entity operating the website mrat88.org and all services provided through it. "User", "you" or "member" refers to any individual who registers an account or uses our services.

These terms and conditions apply to all users without exception, covering all activities such as sports betting, online slot games, live casino, use of promotions and all financial transactions carried out through the mrat88 platform.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use mrat88 services, users must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• Register only one account per individual. Multiple registrations are prohibited and may result in all related accounts being suspended.
• Provide accurate, complete and current information during registration including full name as per identity card (MyKad), a valid mobile number and an active email address.
• Not register on behalf of another person or use a false identity.

mrat88 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified period may result in the account being temporarily suspended or terminated.

3 User Account and Security Responsibilities

Once an account is registered, the user is fully responsible for all activities that occur through that account. This includes:

• Keeping usernames and passwords confidential. Do not share login information with any other party.
• Ensuring that the device used to log in is secure and not accessible by others.
• Notifying mrat88 immediately through customer support if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Not lending or transferring the account to any other individual.

mrat88 is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use resulting from the user's negligence in maintaining their account security.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on the mrat88 platform are subject to the following policies:

• The minimum deposit per transaction is RM50, regardless of the payment method used.
• The minimum withdrawal per request is RM100.
• Approved withdrawal requests are processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Accepted payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrencies namely USDT, BTC and ETH.
• All deposited funds must be used for betting activities. Deposits that are not used for betting and are requested for immediate withdrawal may be subject to review.
• mrat88 reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawal requests that raise suspicion of fraud, money laundering or breach of terms.

5 Promotions, Bonuses and Wagering Requirements

mrat88 offers various promotions from time to time. Use of bonuses is subject to the following conditions:

• The 120% welcome bonus of up to RM888 is given to new members for their first deposit. The wagering requirement is 20 times the total bonus received before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Calculation example: A deposit of RM100 produces a bonus of RM120, account balance RM220, with a wagering requirement of RM120 × 20 = RM2,400. A deposit of RM1,600 produces a bonus of RM888, account balance RM2,488, with a wagering requirement of RM888 × 20 = RM17,760.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, converted directly to cash or used simultaneously with other bonuses unless stated otherwise.
• mrat88 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse promotions, including multiple registrations or coordinating with other users to gain unauthorised benefit from bonuses, will result in bonus cancellation and account termination.

6 Game Rules and Betting Activities

All betting activities on the mrat88 platform, including online slots, live casino, sports betting and mix parlay, are subject to the following rules:

• Every confirmed bet is final and cannot be cancelled once the game has started or the sporting event has begun.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game, mrat88 reserves the right to void the relevant round and return the bet to the user's account balance.
• Game results issued by the platform are final unless a technical error can be clearly proven.
• Users are not permitted to use automation software, bots or any third-party tools to automate gameplay or exploit system vulnerabilities.
• Sports betting uses odds that may change before a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time the bet is confirmed are the odds that apply.

7 Prohibited Activities and Unauthorised Use

Users are strictly prohibited from carrying out the following on the mrat88 platform:

• Any form of fraud, manipulation or attempts to cheat the game system or payment system.
• Money laundering or processing funds obtained unlawfully through the platform.
• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage in games (collusion).
• Spreading false or misleading information about mrat88 or its services.
• Accessing another user's account without authorisation.
• Using the platform for any activity that violates applicable laws.

mrat88 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity. If a violation is proven, we reserve the right to terminate the account, seize any funds associated with the unlawful activity, and report the matter to the relevant authorities.

8 Privacy and Data Protection

Protecting users' personal data is a priority for mrat88. Information collected during registration and use of the platform is used solely for platform operations, including identity verification, transaction processing and customer service communications.

mrat88 will not sell or disclose users' personal information to third parties without the user's consent, except where required by law or by a directive from a lawful authority.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, mrat88 is not liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred by users as a result of betting activity on the platform.
• Service interruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as internet disruptions, third-party server failures or natural disasters.
• Indirect, consequential or special damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• The content of third-party websites that may be linked from our platform.

Our total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the thirty days prior to the claim being made.

10 Account Termination and Suspension

mrat88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account, with or without prior notice, for the following reasons:

• Violation of any term in this document.
• Confirmation that the user is under 21 years of age.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering or other illegal activity.
• The user's own request to close the account.
• A management decision based on operational or legal requirements.

Users may also request account closure at any time by contacting our customer support. Valid funds will be returned in accordance with the withdrawal policy once the review process is complete.

11 Amendments to Terms and Conditions

mrat88 reserves the right to modify, add to or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being published on the website.

It is the user's responsibility to review these terms and conditions periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

For changes deemed material, mrat88 will endeavour to notify users via email or in-platform notification.
